John Loeffler: Political Postmodernism

Broadcast Running Time: 27:44

Those on the Left proclaim that the Capitol incursion in January was an assault on democracy, but soon after, they began the process to oust someone who isn’t even in office, going against the requirements set forth in the Constitution.  Why the contradiction?  John explores some logical and reasonable questions into situations that have neither logic nor reason.  For example, ideologies are declared absolutely while at the same time, those that declare them are living under the belief that there is no absolute truth.  Why does this happen?  John looks at the five characteristics of postmodern thought.  It shows that there is no basis in reality to justify this reasoning and so contradictions always pop up.  When logic and reason are applied to debate these contradictions, postmodernists will always lose the debate.  That’s where censorship comes in.  If you can’t debate it, you must suppress it.  No country can long survive in this type of climate.
