In order to be successful in any battle, you must first and foremost clearly define your enemy and what it is they are doing. Alex Newman (thenewamerican.com), Foreign Correspondent and Senior Editor with The New American Magazine is back with us. He examines who the Deep State is by showing exactly what they are doing. They want to indoctrinate children through the education system. They want to divide society into the oppressors and the oppressed – which, by the way, has happened in the lead up to every totalitarian society in the past. But we can push back against this. For example, many parents are pulling kids out of public schools and into private institutions or are homeschooling. If we don't want the planned Great Reset or global technocratic dictatorship that the Deep State is pushing for, we need to fight back.
Race is supposedly dividing the country, but one pastor believes that the real division is a result of a lack of love and compassion. Pastor Marcus Gill (marcusgillinternational.org), Founder and President of Marcus Gill International, joins us today to discuss the race relations narrative put out by the media and politicians. He believes that minorities should back politicians that allow them to provide for themselves and their families. To combat the division, Christians need to love everyone – even those who hate you or simply don't agree with you. The strength of our country is in both unity and diversity. We can see color in other people but still love them and still treat them as Jesus would.
Institutional racism. Systemic racism. Racism interwoven into the foundation of this country. It sure sounds like the U.S. is one big racist country. But is it really? Joining us today is Eric Kaufmann (manhattan-institute.org), Adjunct Fellow at the Manhattan Institute, who discusses his own detailed research into the subject. He conducted studies of how people perceive racism based on their exposure to media and politicians and his results are telling. He dives into how people of different races react to the subject and how none of those communities are benefiting from media narratives. When words and sensitive topics like this become weaponized, discussion is shut down and the problem only worsens.
Is the United States going through a fundamental transformation? If so, what does that look like and what are the underlying factors? Joining us today is Dr. Alex Joffe (besacenter.org), Senior Non-Resident at the BESA Center, who examines how we are following in the footsteps of Europe toward the rabbit hole of Marxism. Those attempting to transform this country are using the moral panic of racism to justify pushing their agenda. Free speech and religion are for the first time in our country's history being seriously challenged. It's not popular which is why dissent to their methods is being shut down.
John finds himself as a guest on another podcast, this time Down Under on Joshua Ferrara's show in Australia. They discuss a number of topics, including the importance of worldviews, the division and friction caused by Marxist thinking and tactics, and how to stand up against persecution. John also explains the devious tactic used when conservatives complain about what Marxists are doing and are then subsequently labeled as racist or something else. Fascinating conversation!
Russia, Ukraine, and China are heating up geopolitically while the U.S. seems to be treading water. Who's in charge here? Defense expert Reuben Johnson is back with us this week from his vantage point in Kiev, Ukraine. He looks at the implications of Russia's military buildup on the border of his country as well as China's aerial aggression above Taiwan. He also analyzes Russia's tactics with the EU and NATO as well how they view the current U.S. administration. Critical question: can the Biden administration handle not only the many domestic issues it faces but also two super powers encroaching on other countries' lands? Not only do we know the answer to that question, but so does the world.
The U.S. seems to be clearly headed toward a totalitarian state. Can we stop it? Believe it or not, we can learn from the coup that ousted the Shah of Iran in 1979. Shahram Hadian (tilproject.com), Founder of the Truth in Love Ministry, joins us to give a history of what happened leading up to and during the 1979 revolution in Iran. Calls were made for free education and health care, media began favoring a particular side, and elections were rigged along with candidates and even outcomes. Sound familiar? Will we end up as Iran did or will we fight back and keep history from repeating itself.
John finishes up this week's program recommending that people ignore the silly pablum of the mainstream media and look at the reality of the world we live in. We need to recognize what's really going on, focus on it, and then formulate a plan of action on how to deal with it.
John has returned as a guest on Stand Up for the Truth, a Christian program broadcast on Q90FM out of Green Bay, Wisconsin. Yesterday, John joined host David Fiorazo, to discuss a variety of topics, including the nature of woke-ism and how it will devour everyone in its path eventually. He also looks at how European socialist ideals are infiltrating America and the failure of both the media and education in this country.
What can the United States learn from the coup that ousted the Shah of Iran in 1979? Who better to answer that than an Iranian-born, now U.S. citizen and Christian pastor? Shahram Hadian (tilproject.com), Founder of the Truth in Love Project, joins us today. He gives a history of what happened leading up to and during the 1979 revolution in Iran. Calls were made for free education and health care, media began favoring a particular side, and elections were rigged along with candidates and even the outcomes. After the revolution, those who advocated for it were found on the wrong side of power. We are seeing eerily similar events unfolding in the United States right now and it's not unfair to assume that we could end up in a similar place as Iran did post-revolution. That is, unless we push back against the madness and keep history from repeating itself.
There is a popular view that science and religious faith are completely separate. But is it accurate? How did we get to this point of assuming that if you're a scientist, you must be an atheist? We welcome back to the program Dr. Stephen C. Meyer (returnofthegodhypothesis.com), Director of the Center for Science and Culture at the Discovery Institute. He looks at the intelligent design of the universe along with theories from the other side – Darwin on the origin of the universe and Marx's utopian vision to explain where we're headed. These latter theories are falling apart and are even being called into question by those who believe in them. Dr. Meyer also analyzes the multiverse theory in relation to the universe's ultimate Fine-Tuner. He shows that God's hand is evident in the world of science.
The geopolitics surrounding Russia, Ukraine, China, and the U.S. are heating up. Defense expert Reuben Johnson is back with us today from his vantage point in Kiev, Ukraine. He looks at the Russian military buildup on the border of his country as well as China's purposeful aggression toward Taiwan. He also analyzes Russia's tactics with the EU and NATO, the EU's failure to convince sovereign citizens that the Union is a good idea, and how Russia views the current U.S. administration and how they plan to act toward them. The big questions is this: can the Biden administration handle the many domestic issues it faces while at the same time deal with two world super powers attempting to obtain territory that isn't theirs? Not only do we know the answer to that question, but so does the world.
