He discusses how both Russia and Ukraine are responsible, in usual years, for a large percentage of the world’s wheat and fertilizer. There’s an obvious shortage now because this isn’t a usual year for those countries. We’re set to experience the shortages beginning later this year. He and John discuss what, if anything, can be done about this impending crisis.
