Dr. John A. Sparks: How Judicial Activism Paved the Road to Roe

Broadcast Running Time: 25:27

The Supreme Court is poised to give their decision on the Dobbs case in Mississippi – better known as the possible repeal of Roe v Wade. We know what happened in this country post-Roe, but many people don’t know how we got to Roe to begin with. Joining us today to chat about that is Dr. John Sparks (faithandfreedom.com), retired Dean of Arts & Letters at Grove City College and Fellow at the college’s Institute for Faith and Freedom. He looks at the Griswold v Connecticut case from 1965, how it allowed for Roe to succeed, and the judicial activism that has occurred since then.
