Today marks the 32nd anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall. Has the West learned anything from the brutal Communism that gripped countries and cities behind the Iron Curtain for decades? John begins today's podcast commenting on what actually happened behind the Iron Curtain and how today's youth don't remember the Cold War and the atrocities that happened then. Why doesn't the West ever learn the lessons of Marxism? John answers that question and more.

We then welcome back to the podcast Ukraine-based defense expert Reuben Johnson. He discusses Iran and China partnering up economically, the intellectual bankruptcy and hypocrisy behind the recent climate conference, and the state of cities today under Covid tyranny. He also gives a backgrounder on what life was like under Communism in the Soviet Union and how some of that mindset still remains. Even President Putin recognizes that America is doing the same things they criticized the USSR of doing right before they collapsed. Will we ever learn?

Only three people were by President Donald Trump's side from the time he campaigned to January of this year. One of those three, former assistant to President Trump Peter Navarro (peternavarro.com) is with us today to talk about his new book, titled In Trump Time. He describes how there were already disloyal supposed allies inside the President's perimeter on day one of the administration, scheming to thwart the new president's plans. He also covers the fraudulent election, the problem with both Anthony Fauci and Chief Justice John Roberts, and the need to get to the bottom of what happened in Wuhan.

On one side of Christianity, you have ultra-orthodox, fundamental believers who firmly stake out that position, often at the expense of relationships. On the other side, you have social justice, politically correct believers who want to get along with the world, even if it means ignoring biblical truths. Joining us today is Doug Morgan (uncommonsensepodcast.com), host of the Uncommon Sense podcast, who recently spoke on these two sides of Christianity. It's important to maintain relationships while never sacrificing doctrine. There has to be a balance. He also looks at the concept of authority when it comes to the Church and government and the interaction between the two.

The political atmosphere in America has become toxic in the past two decades, dividing this country and making virtually everyone angry. With us today is Dr. Peter Wood (nas.org), President of the National Association of Scholars. He discusses his new book, titled Wrath: America Enraged. He looks at the kind of anger we see in politics today, which differs from the protest anger of the 1960s. The Left today seems to be angry all the time, often in an effort to transform society. And because the Left largely controls the levers of communication, they have censored those on the Right. The Right, then, becomes angry because normal avenues of speech and debate are plugged up and people are being cancelled. The rage is building and the clock is ticking as to when it will boil over.

Yesterday, we aired part one of a two-part conversation with Rabbi Dov Fischer (yioc.org) of Young Israel of Orange County, California. The recorder kept rolling and caught a fascinating post-interview conversation, which we bring to you today. Rabbi Fischer recaps his discussion on why Jews vote for the Democrat party. He and John go on to discuss the media's unending assault on President Trump, calling him a Nazi as well as the indoctrination in academia and educrats calling people racist who don't agree with them. They finish up looking at the January 6 event at the Capitol and why there's such an insistence on calling it an insurrection.

It's election day and what better time to ask the question: why do Jews, as a voting bloc, tend to overwhelmingly vote for a party that doesn't support Israel or Jewish causes? We invited an expert to join us today to answer that – Rabbi Dov Fischer (yioc.org) of Young Israel of Orange County, California. In part one of a two-part conversation, Rabbi Fisher discusses the nature of who is and who is not a Jew. He looks at Reform Judaism versus Orthodox Judaism as well as the history of anti-Semitism.

Join us tomorrow as we air part two of this conversation. Once the interview was over, the recorder kept rolling and caught a great conversation that both John and the Rabbi agreed would be perfect to air.

Since the pandemic began, some leaders have instituted near tyrannical policies, resulting in lack of freedoms, a downturn in the economy, and a divided public on Covid. So how could there be a silver lining to all of this? Joining us today is Keri Ingraham (discovery.org), Director of the Discovery Institute's American Center for Transforming Education. She shows that because of the politicians' and the public education system's overbearing policies, parents are waking up to what their children are being taught. And they're doing something about it – namely pulling their kids out of public school and away from the indoctrination. At least in that, the glass is half full.

Earlier this month, we looked at the different aspects and problems of America's defense systems with David Pyne (emptaskforce.us), Deputy Director of National Operations for the EMP Task Force on National and Homeland Security. Today, we welcome him back to offer some solutions to those problems. He describes different actions that need to be taken in order to shore up our defenses to combat the combined strength of Russia and China. Do the powers that be in Washington have the will to enact these suggestions? Or will we have to suffer another devastating attack before a fire is lit beneath them?

Many questions surround woke ideology but perhaps one of the simplest – what is whiteness? – is never really addressed. Joining us today is Jason Hill (jasondamianhill.com), Professor of Philosophy at DePaul University in Chicago. He not only answers that question, but he goes on to show that its really Western civilization that the woke leftists want to destroy. Most people don't agree with this totalitarianism, but they also don't stand up to it out of fear of being canceled or worse. If we're going to change our national identity away from wokeness and back to Judeo-Christian ideals, then there needs to be a large-scale campaign to stand up.
