Recent comments by Marc Lamont-Hill seemed to suggest that Black Lives Matter and anti-semitism go hand in hand. Here today to talk about this is AJ Swinson (newjourneypac.org), Chief of Staff at New Journey Political Action Committee. She explains how black movements wanting a better way of life have been co-opted by Marxist groups like Black Lives Matter who don't simply want to try and change things for the better – they want to overthrow the whole system. They tag Israel with the oppressor status, calling for them to wiped away as well. Change does need to happen, but through reform, not a fundamental transformation of society.

A question often asked: why does the black community continue to vote for the same people who seem to do them the most harm? Author, columnist, and lecturer Vince Ellison (www.irontrianglebook.com) joins us to discuss his experience in dealing with the Democrat Party, who, he submits, are getting exactly what they want – 90% of the black vote – so why would they change anything?

Mr. Ellison shows that not all white people are racists, just like not all black conservatives are Uncle Toms. Moral values, honesty, and faith are the most important things, regardless of your skin color. He also gives a scathing indictment of the Democrat Party throughout history.

A common question asked today: why are things happening the way they're happening? There just doesn't seem to be any reason or logic in any of this. In this week's boralogue, John looks at the stages postmodernists and Marxists go through to destroy the country, all of which explains exactly what's happening today. In order to take us down, they have to knock out our foundations and destabilize society. It is a war to fundamentally transform our country. And it's getting to a point where we can no longer hunker down and hope it passes us by. We need to stand up for what is right before it's too late.

We play the full discussion John had recently with Lee Lancaster at a local North Idaho radio station, KYMS.

Wake up, America! Radical Progressives are organizing for a transformation of Western society on all levels. This Marxist infiltration won't stop at the doors of your homes and churches. John and Lee discuss how these revolutions have always oppressed anyone who gets in their way, even their own 'true believers'. What are the costs required to stand up to this onslaught and is there any hope in sight?

How did we go from the single issue of police brutality to the insanity we see today? In this week's boralogue, John lays out the steps Marxists take that transition from legitimate protests to pulling down statues and defying authority. They create the narrative of oppressors and oppressed and once established, more violent behavior is justified. But if it morphs completely out of control, Marxists will no longer need to justify their revolution to destroy America.

There's an old claim reemerging that Israeli police have trained American law enforcement to mistreat minorities. Is there any truth to this? We speak with the training program's architect, Steven Pomerantz (www.jinsa.org), retired FBI Agent and current Director at JINSA, who says this assertion is false. After 9/11, the U.S. needed to upgrade its national security and counter-terrorism plans, so we learned from the world's foremost expert in those areas.

John, Carol and Producer Steve join forces in a studio roundtable this week discussing the attempted Marxist takeover of America. The fundamental transformation of society is underway, through violence as well as education and media propaganda, and it will not stop at your door or the doors of the Church. What can be done to combat it?

John finishes up with a fireside chat of sorts, covering topics such as cell phone apps that track Covid patients; biometric identifier – is it the mark of the beast?; and using prayer to convey an anti-Christian message.

What can we learn from the occupation of the Capitol Hill neighborhood in Seattle? In this week's boralogue, John points out glaring contradictions with the new autonomous enclave, including their border wall, border guards with guns, and the need for an ID – all things leftists and this group has fought against for years. The reason these things work is because we have learned from history, but it's the same history these folks want to tear down.

Has qualified immunity, created with good intentions, been abused like civil asset forfeiture? Mark Miller (www.pacificlegal.org), Senior Attorney at the Pacific Legal Foundation, joins us to give the pros and cons of qualified immunity and discuss the balance between holding law enforcement accountable and allowing them to do their work without fear of being prosecuted.

John then wades into the issue of all lives mattering, showing that in order to claim that any life matters, there must be a moral foundation behind it.

Antifa has reared its ugly head during recent rioting and looting, but what is the history of this group? Kyle Shideler (www.centerforsecuritypolicy.org), Director for Homeland Security and Counter-terrorism at the Center for Security Policy, examines the background of Antifa, their tactics in hijacking a movement, and what their real aim is for this country.

Finally we welcome another attorney from Pacific Legal Foundation, Daniel Ortner (www.pacificlegal.org), who shows that allowing bureaucrats to determine what content is allowed online could lead to speech suppression, regardless of who is in power. People should be allowed to hear both sides of an issue and then decide for themselves what to believe.

Building on last week's boralogue, John looks at the current battles being waged in front of and behind the scenes to explain what we are seeing today. There are many revolutions, including the battle between freedom and Marxism, as well as fractures within both major political parties between those who want the status quo and those who advocate for massive change. These revolutions are playing out in our cities and on our televisions right now.

These riots and protests and revolutions are not this country's first rodeo. Former FBI Counter-terrorism Assistant Director Terry Turchie (www.tkassociatesllc.com) joins us to examine anarchists of yesteryear, such as the Weather Underground, and compare them to the radicals we see today. For one political party, today's platform is yesterday's manifesto.

Just like oil and water, Communism and Christianity do not mix. Geopolitical analyst Brandon Weichert (www.weichertreport.com) is back with us to discuss how the Christian Church in China has become an increasing threat to the ruling power, and how that power is stifling speech and freedom by shuttering churches and persecuting believers.

Hijacking the Narrative

Broadcast Running Time: 1:19:25

If you are feeling angst this week amidst all the chaos, you're not alone. In this week's boralogue, John lays out the different levels surrounding the riots and protests. There are those who are fomenting division to further their narrative; power brokers who are funding the riots; and politicians who are taking advantage of it. We're dealing with complex questions, but there's a vested interest behind the scenes to quash the truth and hijack the narrative.

While chaos and anarchy abounds, important information gets drowned out by media reports rife with falsehoods. Back by popular demand is Victor Davis Hanson (www.victorhanson.com), Senior Fellow at the Hoover Institution. He discusses the roles of African-Americans as well as Antifa following the death of George Floyd, and looks at how the media is stoking the fires by its anti-Trump stories and false narratives.

We pivot to another hijacked narrative: school choice and how it's supposedly tied to segregation. Phillip Magness (www.aier.org), Senior Research Fellow at the American Institute for Economic Research, debunks that narrative, recalling the true history of school choice and how modern day educrats are the ones trying to eliminate it.

Finally, we look at the base of operations for many hijacked narratives: the college campus. Charles Negy (www.ucf.edu), Professor of Psychology at the University of Central Florida joins us to discuss his new book on white shaming and show how fairness and equality of standards should be applied to everyone, not just the politically correct.
