How did we ever get to a point where we have such rampant cancel culture in Western civilization? Opening the show this week, John looks at the change in education over the past three decades from logical thinking to consensus thinking. As a result, people have built safe spaces when they are faced with facts antithetical to their worldview. Shaming us isn't working anymore so they have moved on the next step – cancel culture.

What are the consequences of unfettered immigration and the reluctance to identify problems due to political correctness? Christine Douglass-Williams (www.frontpagemag.com), Associate Editor at FrontPage Magazine, joins us to discuss open immigration in her home country of Canada, how certain organizations are able to take advantage of leftist policies, and the possibility of terrorists entering the U.S. along the border with Canada.

John finishes up this week examining two important topics. First, he tackles the economic reality facing the U.S. and the world along with the traps and pitfalls that mark the leadup to a socialist takeover of an economy. Finally, he covers how the climate change narrative is failing after emissions were lowered this year, but at the cost of lives and the economy. It doesn't stop die-hard climate alarmists, though, from doing anything they can to keep the narrative alive.

We will forego the boralogue this week and jump right in with Christine Douglass-Williams (www.frontpagemag.com), Associate Editor at FrontPage Magazine, who describes her trip to the International Conference on Christian Persecution in Budapest, Hungary last month. She looks at Hungary's efforts to establish itself as a Christian nation and examines the truth, not the PC narrative, surrounding Islam and the persecution of not only Christians, but also reformer Muslims.

Anti-semitism exists in various subsets of society, including among famous people in the media. Dexter Van Zile (www.camera.org), Christian Media Analyst at CAMERA, reveals how one famous radio host has seemingly come out against Jewish concerns. He also discusses the various sources for anti-semitism, both on the right and the left.

We finish out the program this week playing a sermon given by Rabbi Burt Yellin of the Messianic Jewish church Roeh Israel (www.roehisrael.org) in Denver, Colorado earlier this month. He gives examples of leaders who have done great things but were also absolute scoundrels. He also shows the importance of answering God's call in your life.

John's quote of the week:
"The real salvation in an age of postmodernism, when the lack of belief in truth has led to a lack of belief in the stability of all our systems and moral values, is always to stand on the truth. Remember 'semper veritas' – always the truth."

The Extras Segment is taking a two-week hiatus due to the holidays but it will return with perfect 2020 vision in the New Year!
