They discuss State House Bill 1236, which gives the state Attorney General in Oklahoma the power to review and the state legislature the power to overrule executive orders from Washington DC that violate the Constitution. A few other states are attempting this as well, highlighting not only the separation of government powers but also the power afforded to states in the tenth amendment.
