We recently chatted with Chaplain E. Ray Moore about the importance of a private, Christian education over what you get from public schools. A colleague of his has developed a method that allows parents to take control of their child's schooling, giving them the tools they need. Joining us today is the Founder of that method, known as the One-Room Schoolhouse method, Dr. Diane Davis (oneroomschooltraining.com). She describes the benefits of having a small classroom – yes, in one room – where children of several different grade levels gather to learn together. Her most important focus: that parents should be the ones in charge of what their children learn.
The First Amendment to our Constitution states in part that Congress shall not prohibit the free exercise of religion. One government committee is doing just that – in the name of morality. Vida Real, an Hispanic church in Massachusetts, has applied to open a Bible-based school. Even though they have met the requirements, the government panel in charge of approving such requests has denied them. One panel member thinks approval would not be the moral thing to do. For woke leftists, their ideology is a religion – one that always seems to be at odds with Christianity.
So in that case, a woke leftist appealed to morality, but how do people with no sense of morality get away with that? Next up this week, we talk with Rabbi Chananya Weissman (chananyaweissman.com), Founder of End the Madness in Jerusalem. He looks at the nature of morality as it has always been defined and shows how leftist woke religion is diametrically opposed to Judeo-Christian values. Our educational system is broken and has been for a while. Who is most responsible for keeping it broken today? The entities most responsible for continuing the dysfunctional policies of the failing public school system today are the teachers unions. Parents now know that their children are being indoctrinated and many are pulling them out of public school and into private or home schooling. With teachers unions, it's all about politics, not students. He also explains how in colleges, students are awash in liberal socialism from the first class of freshman year.
Since the pandemic began, some leaders have instituted near tyrannical policies, resulting in lack of freedoms, a downturn in the economy, and a divided public on Covid. She shows that because of the politicians' and the public education system's overbearing policies, parents are waking up to what their children are being taught. And they're doing something about it – namely pulling their kids out of public school and away from the indoctrination. At least in that, the glass is half full.

He relates the story of one mother who is trying to obtain information about what her children are being taught. To keep her from knowing this information, the NEA is suing her. In addition to intimidating an individual, the unions may be playing a longer, more dangerous game in the courts.
Many of today's youth – college-age and younger – don't want to debate and don't seem capable of understanding history as it actually was. Younger liberals make ideological claims but can't back them up and can't defend them, but if you disagree with them, they will thunder condemnation against you, the racist dissenter. That is classic Marxism. Big Tech and the education system have teamed up to make young people what they are today. And many Christian universities don't seem to want to address these issues. That's unfortunate because if there is going to be a successful pushback against the indoctrination, it will have to come from Christians.
