The U.S. military has begun to focus on social engineering issues rather than the concerns of a military. As a result, we are weakening our global presence, damaging morale, and setting ourselves up for future failure. Joining us today is Retired Air Force Colonel Mike Angley, who served 25 years in the Office of Special Investigations for the Air Force. He looks at the new woke policies in the military, including snitch phone lines, which would lower morale, discipline, and unit cohesion. It fosters an atmosphere where one's constitutional rights are violated. As a member of the Armed Forces, it makes it tough to uphold your oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States if the military hierarchy is ignoring that Constitution.
Leftism and Marxist ideologies are seeping into the Christian church in the U.S. How do we recognize it before it does irreparable damage? Joining us from his church in Indiana is Lucas Miles (lucasmiles.org), Pastor of Nfluence Church. He looks at the incompatibility of Christianity and the woke ideology found in sermons and even doctrine in some churches today. A lot of groups espousing this wokeness doctrine disguise it with Christian-sounding words. If pastors are telling you that they don't worship the Jesus from the Bible but instead a more modern, woke Jesus, then hard conversations are needed and quickly.
John has returned as a guest on Stand Up for the Truth, a Christian program broadcast on Q90FM out of Green Bay, Wisconsin. Yesterday, John joined host David Fiorazo, to discuss a variety of topics, including the nature of woke-ism and how it will devour everyone in its path eventually. He also looks at how European socialist ideals are infiltrating America and the failure of both the media and education in this country.
Apostasy used to mean abandoning or renouncing the faith. Today, many churches are turning woke – a modern day renunciation that isn't looked upon as apostasy. Duke Pesta (fpeusa.org), Director of the Freedom Project Academy, is back with us for an extended interview this week to discuss the battle between Christianity and Marxism and why they are so antithetical. We're in a spiritual war but many church leaders are too weak or too ignorant of Christian history to fight this battle. Will we be strong enough to fight? When the persecution comes to our country and our churches, where will we stand?
How did the church – and our society – end up where we are today? John finishes up the show this week looking at how the globalists have moved us along these past several decades and where we are right now. The globalists are they're planning to reset things to a pre-Trump erosion of national sovereignty as soon as they can. So it may be a new environment we're walking into, but the work of God's Kingdom continues and it will be up to us, as the world aligns against the church, to figure out our place in it.
Socialism and Christianity are antithetical to each other. Co-opting in the church is the new word for apostasy. Duke Pesta (fpeusa.org), Director of the Freedom Project Academy is back with us to discuss the differences between Marxist woke-ism and the Christian church, which concerns primarily opposing outlooks on materialism. He covers how the church has been infiltrated over the past several decades and how most church leaders are too weak or too ignorant of Christian history to fight this battle. Will there be massive Christian persecution in the United States, and if so, how soon will it happen?
