nuclear weapons

It's time for a sobering look at America's defenses in the face of our enemy's actions. Back with us today is David Pyne (emptaskforce.us), Deputy Director of National Operations for the EMP Task Force on National and Homeland Security. Since the Cold War, the U.S. has not kept up with Russia and China as far as nuclear capabilities and EMP weapons. We have also not hardened our grid against a possible EMP attack from an enemy, despite multiple efforts to go through official channels. We also look at how the military isn't focused on defensive issues should there be attacks by other countries. The people in charge should be laser-focused on keeping us safe, but that doesn't seem to be happening.

With all the news surrounding Afghanistan, little is being said about Iran, but a new report suggests the mullahcracy may be weeks away from nuclear weapons. Back with us, is our Iran expert Ken Timmerman (iran.org), President and CEO of the Foundation for Democracy in Iran. There are geopolitical consequences following our pullout from Afghanistan, including the Iran nuclear program advancements and the policies from the current U.S. administration that isn't standing in their way. He covers the dysfunction inside Biden's military as well as within the Iranian government.
