Well, not only has the blindfold been thrown away, but the judges are all defined by the party of the politician who appointed them. Retired engineer John Green joins us today to discuss the politicization of the court system at all levels in the United States, from activist judges finding things in the Constitution that weren't written there to legislating from the bench to avoid the amendment process. Is there a way to get the blindfold back over the eyes of Lady Justice?
