Periodically, we invite Ukraine-based defense expert Reuben Johnson on to give us an update on geopolitics, specifically in Europe, but also around the world. Today, he and John examine a number of issues, including post-Merkel Germany, and Europe's impending energy crisis caused by the Nord Stream 2 Pipeline and Russia's increasing influence in the industry. They also look at China and its hostage taking policies along with their views of the U.S. under Biden. Reuben also discusses the latest Russian military exercises that seem to simulate a future attack against western Europe, NATO, and Ukraine.

There are many reasons we are so divided in this country. One reason stems from the lack of honest teaching of today's children. Leading off the program this week is Wesley Smith (discovery.org), Chair and Senior Fellow at the Discovery Institute's Center on Human Exceptionalism. He looks at why we have such a hard time talking to people with opposing ideologies. It involves two sides coming at an issue with two different mindsets and two different groups of word definitions. But fundamentally each side has a different moral frame of reference that renders debate virtually impossible. Only when we recognize that the paradigm has changed will be able to try and bridge the divide.

Switching now to geopolitics, there is a lot going on in the world today that the media simply doesn't cover. Joining us this week is Ukraine-based defense expert Reuben Johnson. He discusses the geopolitics surrounding the Cuba protests, Iran's attempts to kidnap American citizens, Ukraine-Russia relations, and the latest on what China is up to. He also laments the downfall of journalism, specifically at the Washington Post.

Finally this week, John and Producer Steve sit down to tackle two interesting topics. First, the White House has now admitted to colluding with social media companies to flag what they deem to be misinformation about vaccines. And second, they explore the possible outcomes of the state election audits, including the questionable chances of President Trump retaking the White House should the audits prove he won and the media's near screeching coverage of what they call the "fraudits." If the election was legit, why are they so upset?

Back with us today for his semi-regular geopolitical update is Ukraine-based defense expert Reuben Johnson. He and John discuss a myriad of topics, including the Cuban protests and the failure of communism, Iran's campaign of kidnapping on foreign soil while the FBI focuses on so-called domestic terrorism, Ukraine-Russia relations of course, the latest on what China is up to, and the Washington Post's downfall from a real journalistic outfit to a blatant advocacy rag. They cover a lot of ground in a half hour.

Russia, Ukraine, and China are heating up geopolitically while the U.S. seems to be treading water. Who's in charge here? Defense expert Reuben Johnson is back with us this week from his vantage point in Kiev, Ukraine. He looks at the implications of Russia's military buildup on the border of his country as well as China's aerial aggression above Taiwan. He also analyzes Russia's tactics with the EU and NATO as well how they view the current U.S. administration. Critical question: can the Biden administration handle not only the many domestic issues it faces but also two super powers encroaching on other countries' lands? Not only do we know the answer to that question, but so does the world.

The U.S. seems to be clearly headed toward a totalitarian state. Can we stop it? Believe it or not, we can learn from the coup that ousted the Shah of Iran in 1979. Shahram Hadian (tilproject.com), Founder of the Truth in Love Ministry, joins us to give a history of what happened leading up to and during the 1979 revolution in Iran. Calls were made for free education and health care, media began favoring a particular side, and elections were rigged along with candidates and even outcomes. Sound familiar? Will we end up as Iran did or will we fight back and keep history from repeating itself.

John finishes up this week's program recommending that people ignore the silly pablum of the mainstream media and look at the reality of the world we live in. We need to recognize what's really going on, focus on it, and then formulate a plan of action on how to deal with it.

The geopolitics surrounding Russia, Ukraine, China, and the U.S. are heating up. Defense expert Reuben Johnson is back with us today from his vantage point in Kiev, Ukraine. He looks at the Russian military buildup on the border of his country as well as China's purposeful aggression toward Taiwan. He also analyzes Russia's tactics with the EU and NATO, the EU's failure to convince sovereign citizens that the Union is a good idea, and how Russia views the current U.S. administration and how they plan to act toward them. The big questions is this: can the Biden administration handle the many domestic issues it faces while at the same time deal with two world super powers attempting to obtain territory that isn't theirs? Not only do we know the answer to that question, but so does the world.

Something a little different today on Steel on Steel. It's important to understand the economic landscape, not only in this country but also globally. Politics and economics are inextricably linked. So today, we play a recent episode of the McAlvany Weekly Commentary with Dave McAlvany and Kevin Orrick (mcalvanyweeklycommentary.com). They discuss myriad geo-economic issues, including digital currency as a threat to traditional currency, the People's Bank of China and Ali Baba, the Ukraine-Russia dynamic and the dealings that President Biden and his son have had in that arena, oil pipelines in Ukraine and Eastern Europe, and the dollar compared to Chinese currency.

First up this week, we have defense and aerospace veteran Reuben Johnson (www.thebulwark.com), joining us from Kiev, Ukraine, where he examines the geopolitics of Russia and China, including Putin's new extended stay as Russian leader, the possible collapse economically of both countries, and how well Americans understand what's happening outside of the U.S.

We transition to Peter Vincent Pry (www.emptaskforcenhs.com), Executive Director of the EMP Task Force on National and Homeland Security. He looks at how little the U.S. has prepared against a possible EMP attack and how a power bloc of countries would compete for control if the U.S. were ever to militarily leave a region.

What is a paradigm shift and what does it look like when you're going through one? In this week's boralogue, John makes sense of all the chaos we're seeing today, explaining the different steps of the paradigm shift happening right now and how to survive it. We must retain the foundations America was built on once we've shifted or we're done as a free country.

We round out the program this week with John's analysis on logical fallacies, how best to spot them, and what you can do to refute them.

Defense and aerospace veteran Reuben Johnson, joins us from Kiev, Ukraine for a Russia geopolitics update. There was a recent referendum in Russia to allow Vladimir Putin to serve more terms than he is constitutionally allowed. Many of the country's rules on voting were violated, ensuring the outcome that was wanted but causing some protests in the Eastern region of the country.

Mr. Johnson goes into a variety of topics including the possibility of not only Russia collapsing, but also China – and how it would happen, the corruption of officials and policies in Russia, and how well Americans understand what's happening outside of the U.S.
