UK's climate policy

Is green energy ready for prime time?  As of now, it is not.  But is Great Britain getting the message?  With us from the UK today is Dr. John Constable (thegwpf.com), Energy Editor for the Global Warming Policy Foundation.  He explains how the UK's climate policy over the past few years focused on the short term at the expense of the long term.  Geopolitics and media coverage and climate change narratives have all influenced energy decision-making.  And the energy sector isn't the only one affected: his country's economy has been impacted as well.  He asserts that it's perfectly reasonable to have a climate policy but that policy has to be rational.  Right now it isn't.
